Forecast reasoning
Streaming shows have won Outstanding Drama Series in five of the last six years, including back-to-back wins by HBO Max's The Pitt in 2025-2026, and all six nominees at the 78th Emmy Awards were streaming services. The 79th Awards ceremony hasn't occurred yet, with nominations still unreleased as of late October 2026.
