Forecast reasoning
Multiple June 2026 leaks predicted Dr. Doom for Season 11 (November), with developer confirmation of Doomsday collaboration, but the October 9 Season 10.5 update explicitly excluded new heroes and provided no official confirmation, leaving 79 days for a November launch that remains unannounced.
Settlement
Resolution criteria: - "Yes": Wins if Dr. Doom is made available as a playable hero in Marvel Rivals in an official patch or update released strictly after 2026-01-01T05:00:00Z and at or before 2027-01-01T05:00:00Z, as confirmed by official Marvel Rivals patch notes or an official NetEase/Marvel Rivals announcement. - "No": Wins if no official patch or update released strictly after 2026-01-01T05:00:00Z and at or before 2027-01-01T05:00:00Z makes Dr. Doom available as a playable hero in Marvel Rivals. Clarifications: - "Added" means Dr. Doom becomes selectable as a playable character in standard game modes; cosmetic references, teasers, trailers, or in-game story appearances without a playable hero release do not qualify.
