Clarifications: - Use the survey's headline national average price per 5 kg for all rice as published, not a single brand or a blended-rice category. - The figure must be the one explicitly identified as covering the survey week Mon 26 Oct – Sun 1 Nov 2026; MAFF publishes each Monday–Sunday week on the Friday after it ends (Japan time), and the ksppos.pdf file is overwritten with the newest week, so the survey week shown on the release must match.
